Refunds & Exchanges

At MACOAA, we want you to feel happy and confident with every purchase. We know life happens, and sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned. That’s why we’ve made our refunds and exchanges process simple and stress free.

Here’s how it works:

  • Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged or the wrong product, let us know within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll send a replacement or a refund whichever works best for you.

  • Unopened products: Changed your mind? No problem! If your product is still sealed, reach out within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll sort it out for you.

  • Opened or used products: For safety reasons, we can’t accept returns on opened supplements. This ensures every product stays safe and clean for all our customers.

To request a refund or exchange, just email us at macoaanutrition@gmail.com with your order number and a quick note about the issue. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible because your satisfaction matters to us.
